Ganesh, who has a degree from Universiti Malaya in Sociology and Pyschology. is a highly experienced practitioner with 20 years working experience. Starting his career in the insurance industry he has hands, practical knowledge on how to motivate teams, speaking to large audiences and create presentations that energize the audience to go all out and achieve success!

His hand on approach creates instant understanding in the audience. Participants absorb the key points fast, transforming the lessons into real-life solutions tailor made for their specific situations. He has helped many insurance agents secure large accounts with his corporate presentation training. Many agents have also benefited from his guidance on public speaking.

He has also ventured into customer service in his tenure with a healthcare company. His stint in the army as a 2nd Lieutenant had instilled team building skills, which complements his sales and outdoor experiential learning.

Ganesh was the Head of College of Sales & Marketing , Maxis Academy as well as Service Management. In this capacity, he was responsible for the delivery of critical skills, knowledge and mindset to ensure they keep winning in the competitive telecommunication market place.

He has trained sales professionals from the insurance, direct sales, telecommunications, banking, communications, food, logistics, oil and gas and hospitality industry.

	He is an Accredited Competency Practitioner, supporting organizations to carry out precise TNA initiatives to create measurable positive changes
	As an exco member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS) , he was relentless in his efforts to play a pivotal role in raising the standards of public speaking and presentation of its members. He has delivered key note presentations to corporate in this capacity.
	He is also a certified practitioner of HBDI - a thinking preference business tool that is used effectively to understand individual differences in a team. This tool is used extensively in team building sessions.
